Cy-Fair man charged with third DWI
A Cy-Fair man faces a charge of driving while intoxicated for a third time.
According to a criminal complaint filed in Harris County Circuit Court, Houston Police arrested Julio C. Menjivar, 25, on a DWI charge July 24. Court records show Menjivar was previously convicted of the same offense in July 2008 and October 2003.
Police say Menjivar was released from jail on a $10,000 bond and ordered to appear in court at a later date.
