Texas Lottery announces big win for Cypress man
Cypress resident Walter Padilla picked up a winning "$500 Million Frenzy" scratch-off ticket recently at the E Z Food Store, 9941 Long Point Road, the Texas Lottery Commission has announced.
Padilla claimed one of 40 $1 million prizes in the game. Lottery officials say the odds of winning some prize in that game are one in 2.77, and nine $2.5 million prizes are still unclaimed.
