Harris County sheriff to host Tuesday crime prevention forum
Harris County Sheriff Adrian Garcia and members of the Harris County Sheriff's Office command staff will meet with Cypress area residents to discuss public safety and crime prevention on at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 16, at Good Shepherd United Methodist Church, 20155 Cypresswood Drive in Cypress.
The forum is an opportunity for the public to ask questions, voice concerns, learn crime prevention techniques and meet with top sheriff's office personnel.
All Cypress and northwest Harris County area residents and business owners are encouraged to attend.
This is the second HCSO-sponsored community meeting of 2011.
Parents will have the opportunity to have their children fingerprinted courtesy of the HCSO's Community Support Bureau. Fingerprints can be used to identify missing children.
