HS Volleyball: Cy Falls defeats Kingwood

Cy Falls defeated Kingwood in high school volleyball action Tuesday.

The Golden Eagles, 8-1 on the season, won the match in four games, 25-18, 25-18, 21-25 and 25-17.

Alexis Austin had 18 kills in the win for Cy Falls, who host Kempner on Tuesday at 5 p.m.

Tuesday’s loss dropped the Mustangs to 0-1 on the year.

Meredith Rankin had 14 kills in the loss for Kingwood, who will host Clear Creek on Wednesday at 6:30 p.m.
