HS Volleyball: Cy-Fair topples Langham Creek
Cy-Fair defeated Langham Creek in District 17-5A girls high school volleyball action on Tuesday.
The win ups the Bobcats to 9-2 on the season and 1-0 in district play. The team won the match in three games, 26-24, 25-10, 25-14, led by the threesome of Emily Wright, Kylie Schott and Keely Hayes, who all recorded eight kills. Cy-Fair will next go on to host Dripping Springs at the Pearland Volleyball Classic on Thursday at 12:30 p.m. The loss drops the Lobos to 3-9 on the season and 0-1 in district play. Langham Creek will next visit New Braunfels at the Pearland Volleyball Classic on Thursday at 11:30 a.m. Erin Markey had nine kills in the loss.Related Stories
