HS Volleyball: Jersey Village defeats Cy Lakes

Jersey Village defeated Cy Lakes in District 17-5A volleyball action Tuesday.

The Falcons, 10-10, 2-1, won the match in four games, 19-25, 25-22, 25-17 and 25-21.   Caitlyn Cooney had 23 kills in the win for Jersey Village, who will host Cy Springs on Friday at 5 p.m.   Tuesday’s loss dropped Cy Lakes to 9-7 overall and 1-1 in district play.   Hannah Bobst and Angela Coleman each had 11 kills in the loss for Cy Lakes, who will visit Cy Creek on Friday at 6 p.m.
