Woman sues over alleged attack at Cy-Fair Kroger parking lot
A Harris County woman is suing after, she says, she was attacked and punched in the face while exiting her car at Kroger in Cy-Fair.
Alisa Stevenson-Williams filed a lawsuit on Aug. 26 in the Harris County District Court against Kenneth Julian, alleging assault and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
Stevenson-Williams says that on July 30, Julian and another woman physically attacked her in the parking lot of Kroger, located at 12400 F.M. 1960 in Cy-Fair. According to the brief, Julian and his female passenger walked towards Stevenson-Williams as she exited her car, the female passenger punched Stevenson-Williams in the face, and then Julian pushed her face as the two attempted to flee the scene.
Stevenson-Williams is seeking compensatory and exemplary damages, as well as court costs. She is being represented in the case by Houston attorney Ralphaell Wilkins.
