HS Volleyball: Cy-Fair defeats Cy Ridge

Cy-Fair topped Cy Ridge in District 17-5A girls high school volleyball action on Friday. 

The win ups the Bobcats to 18-6 on the season and 2-1 in district play. Cy-Fair won the match in three games, 25-14, 25-15, 25-16, led by Julie Schott who recorded nine kills in the match.   Cy-Fair will next host Cy Creek on Wednesday at 4:30 p.m.   The loss drops the Rams to 8-11 on the season and 0-2 in district play. Cy Ridge will next host Cy Falls on Wednesday at 6 p.m.   Kaylen Deloney led her squad with 11 kills in the loss.
