HS Volleyball: Cy Creek defeats Cy Lakes
After a close first game, Cy Creek defeated Cy Lakes in District 17-5A girls high school volleyball action on Friday.
The win ups the Cougars to 11-7 on the season and 1-1 in district play. Cy Creek won the match in three games, 29-27, 25-14, 25-16, led by Anna Keeling who recorded 10 kills in the match. Cy Creek will next visit Cy-Fair on Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. The loss drops the Spartans to 9-10 on the season and 1-2 in district play. Cy Lakes will next host Cy Springs on Wednesday at 6 p.m. Hannah Bobst led her squad with 15 kills in the loss.Related Stories
