Home Depot blamed for broken foot, blood clot
A Harris County resident is suing over claims his foot was broken while shopping at Home Depot in Cy-Fair.
Charles Giesen filed a lawsuit on Aug. 31 in the Harris County District Court against Home Depot, USA, citing negligence.
