The average gasoline price for Cypress was around $3.449 per gallon as of September 7. This figure was calculated using the 28 gasoline rates submitted by users of the price-tracking website gasbuddy.com. Gasbuddy.com recorded that the average for Texas was at $3.465, Houston average was at $3.427 and the United States average was at $3.659.   About a week ago, the average gasoline price in Cypress was $3.451 per gallon.   The Exxon station located at 20600 NW Fwy and Huffmeister Road was listed by users to have offered the cheapest gasoline rate in the area. This station was reported to charge a gallon of regular unleaded gasoline at an inexpensive price of $3.36.   The highest rate reported was $3.36 per gallon of regular unleaded gasoline. Gasbuddy.com users have identified that the gasoline station charging at this rate was Shell at 15038 Mason Roadd and Fairfield Village Drive. This gasoline station has been offering the most expensive rate in the area for three consecutive weeks already.
