Cy-Fair company sues customer over delivered materials
A Cy-Fair company is suing over claims a client failed to pay $72,766.99 for delivered materials.
Weatherford International, with an office in Cy-Fair, filed a lawsuit on Sept. 7 in the Harris County District Court against United Texas Petroleum, citing breach of contract.
Weatherford says that it contracted with United Texas to deliver more than $70,000 worth of materials, but the company breached its agreement by failing to pay for these items as promised.
The company is seeking actual damages, attorney’s fees and court costs. It is being represented in the case by Houston attorney Jonathan Saikin.
