Cypress yoga studio to host workshop on Pralaya yoga
The Houston Yoga and Ayurvedic Wellness Center will host a workshop on Pralaya yoga on Thursday, Sept. 15.
Robert Boustany, who has been teaching yoga for 43 years, will explain Pralaya yoga and the energetic and therapeutic reasons for alignments, as well as the practical reasons and insights for sequencing and development.
The workshop will be held from 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and from 2 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. The cost is $50 and $40 at the door, respecticely, and $75 for both workshops in advance.
