Where are the lowest gas prices in Cy-Fair this week?

The average price of gas in Cy-Fair has decreased by 5 cents from last week's average, according to price-tracking website gasbuddy.com. 

As of Sept. 14, gasbuddy.com users have reported the rates for 28 gas stations in and around Cy-Fair for an average of $3.396 per gallon. The website also listed the averages for Texas at $3.450, Houston at $3.440 and the United States at $3.639. 

About a week ago, the average gasoline price in Cy-Fair was $3.449 per gallon. 

The lowest gasoline rate in the Cy-Fair area was reported to be $3.32 per gallon at Valero, 19940 Freeman Road and Haven Creek Drive. 

The highest rate reported was $3.54 per gallon of regular unleaded gasoline. Two stations charging this price were said to be Shell at 15038 Mason Road and Fairfield Village Drive and Express Food Mart at 12630 Telge Road and Cricket Hollow Lane. According to users of gasbuddy.com, the Mason Road Shell station has been offering the most expensive rate in the area for four consecutive weeks.
