Crime Stoppers seek tips in pedestrian's death in Cy-Fair
Harris County investigators are asking the public's help identifying a driver who drove off after hitting and killing a woman early Saturday in the 2100 block of State Highway 249.
On Saturday at about 1:55 a.m., Diana DeLeon was walking in the eastbound lane of 249 when a car, described only as a small black four-door, hit her, according to a Crime Stoppers press release. The driver continued driving eastbound on 249, and DeLeon died at the scene.
If identified, the driver could be charged with failure to stop and render aid.
