Stage draws Copperfield woman
Copperfield residents may not know that one of their neighbors spends her free time on the stage as an actress and dancer. Guys and Dolls is a Broadway classic that kicks off Theatre Under The Stars' 2011-12 season at the Hobby Center through Oct. 9. After high school, she said, I decided I wanted to try to be a normal person, and I worked as a legal secretary for 3½ years. Warren got her Actors' Equity Association card when she replaced an actress who got sick just days before the opening of a TUTS production of The Sound of Music "In my spare time," she said, Warren is associate artistic director at Wildfish Theater, which teaches musical theater arts in classes that culminate in a performance of a Broadway show.
