Memorial resident blamed for forklift accident in Cy-Fair
A Harris County woman is suing after, she says, she sustained serious injuries when a Memorial resident ran over her with a forklift at a warehouse in Cy-Fair.
Uronda Moore filed a lawsuit on Sept. 26 in the Harris County District Court against Memorial resident Calvin Rodney, FoxxConn EMS and others, citing negligence, gross negligence, and negligent hiring and supervision.
Moore says that on Sept. 25, 2009, she sustained serious injuries while working at the defendants’ warehouse, located at 8801 Fallbrook Drive in Cy-Fair. According to the brief, defendant Rodney ran over Moore as he drove a forklift into an unsafely situated warehouse section.
Moore is seeking damages and court costs. She is being represented in the case by Houston attorney Quentin Haag.
