HS Football Preview: Cy Woods vs. Cy Lakes
Cy Woods visits Cy Lakes in District 17-5A high school football action on Thursday.
The Wildcats are 3-2 on the season and 2-2 in district play, defeating Jersey Village 63-24 last week.
Quarterback Gabriel West has thrown for 593 yards and six touchdowns and also rushed for six touchdowns.
After Thursday's contest, Cy Woods will visit Langham Creek on Friday, Oct. 14 at 7 p.m.
The Spartans are 0-5 on the season and 0-4 in district play, losing 45-35 to Langham Creek in their last game.
Quarterback Michael Handy has thrown for 1,201 yards and 10 touchdowns this season.
Following Thursday's game, Cy Lakes will visit Cy Creek on Saturday, Oct. 15 at 6 p.m.
Thursday's kickoff is scheduled for 7 p.m.
