Cy-Fair man charged with third DWI
A Cy-Fair man previously convicted of driving while intoxicated was arrested again Saturday on the same charge, according to a complaint filed in Harris County District Court.
Charles Carpenter, 65, of Cy-Fair, is now facing a felony charge of driving while intoxicated. The complaint does not specify where the alleged incident took place.
Carpenter’s bail has been set at $20,000, according to online court documents.
He was convicted of DWI in Harris County in July 2002 and February 1985.
