North Cypress Medical named in products liability suit
A Houston man is suing over claims he sustained serious injuries as a patient at North Cypress Medical Center.
Jeremy Reedy filed a lawsuit on Oct. 5 in the Harris County District Court against North Cypress Medical Center, and others, citing negligence, breach of warranty and products liability.
Reedy says that on July 30, he sustained serious injuries as a patient at North Cypress Medical Center in Cy-Fair, when the handicap chair he was using to take a shower collapsed.
Reedy is seeking damages and court costs. He is being represented in the case by Bellaire attorney Mark Weycer.
