Where are the lowest gas prices in Cy-Fair this week?

Even though the averages for Texas, Houston and United States have increased, the average gas price for Cypress has declined by 3 cents.

Users of the price-tracking website Gasbuddy.com have reported the rates for 32 gas stations in and around Cypress as of Oct. 12. Based on this data, the average gas price for the area was $3.175 per gallon. The website listed the Texas average at $3.212, the Houston average at $3.168, and the nationwide average at $3.442.

About a week ago, the average gas price in Cypress was $3.205 per gallon.

The cheapest gas rate offered in the area was $3.08 per gallon of regular unleaded gas. Users have identified that the Kroger store at 18030 FM-529 near Barker Cypress Road was the one offering this price. Meanwhile, the lowest gas rate charged by a regular gas station was $3.09 per gallon. Four regular gas stations were offering at this price. one of them Exxon at 20600 N.W. Freeway and Huffmeister Road.

The most expensive gas rate in the area was reported at Shell at 15038 Mason Road and Fairfield Village Drive. This station was selling a gallon of regular unleaded gas at $3.34. This Shell station has been offering the highest gas rate in the area for three consecutive weeks.
