Cy-Fair salon blamed for staph infection

A Houston man is suing after, he says, he contracted a staph infection from a nail salon in Cy-Fair.

Warnke says on March 3, 2010, he sustained a cut on his large toe while getting a pedicure at Fashion Spa Nail. According to the brief, he developed a staph infection from the cut because the defendant’s employees failed to properly clean and maintain the premises and the utensils.
