Super Dura sued over injury at Cy-Fair facility
Super Dura is being sued over clams a defective machine at its Cy-Fair facility injured one of its employees.
Donato Sanchez, a Super Dura employee, filed a lawsuit on Oct. 26 in Harris County District Court against Super Dura Manufacturing Co., citing negligence and gross negligence.
Sanchez says on May 20, 2010, a defective lathe machine, at the defendant’s 9291 Baythorne Drive location, caught his arm and amputated three of his fingers. According to the brief, the safety button failed to disable the machine.
Sanchez is seeking damages and court costs. He is being represented in the case by The Woodlands attorney Brad Leigh.
