HS Girls Basketball: Conroe defeats Jersey Village
Conroe defeated Jersey Village 62-40 in girls high school basketball action on Thursday at the Conroe Tigerettes Annual Tournament.
The win ups the Tigers to 2-0 on the season.
Zakenja Buchanan scored 24 points in the victory.
Conroe will next host Tomball on Tuesday at 6:30 p.m.
The loss drops the Falcons to 0-2 on the season.
Jazzmin Fritz recorded 11 points in the loss.
Jersey Village will next host Seven Lakes on Tuesday at 7 p.m.
