Willowbrook Mall to continue 'My School's Cool' contest through April

Willowbrook Mall's My School Is Cool program will continue to accept receipts until April 16.

My School Is Cool will award $20,000 in prizes between 12 schools at the end of the school year. Schools accrue points by shopping at the mall and showing receipts to customer service. The contest began on Aug. 6 and has been extended to April 16.

As of Nov. 1, St. Anne Catholic School-Tomball is in the lead. It is followed by Hamilton Elementary, Farney Elementary, Moore Elementary and Cook Middle School.

Points are tallied per student, not for the entire school, so smaller schools are able to compete with larger ones.
