Houston Family Arts Center to present 'The Sound of Music'
The Houston Family Arts Center will present "The Sound of Music" from Nov. 25 through Dec. 18 on the HFAC Garza Main Stage, located at 10760 Grant Road in Houston.
The classic musical was written by Richard Rogers and Oscar Hammerstein and is set in 1930s Austria where Maria, a young nun, becomes a governess for the seven children of the widowed Cpt. von Trapp.
Performances are Fridays and Saturdays at 8 p.m. and Sundays at 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. Tickets cost $16.
