Pizza Zone seeks donations for November food drive
Pizza Zone will be partnering with Northwest Assistance Ministries and Cypress Assistance Ministries for a food drive in November.
Both locations of Pizza Zone will be collecting food donations from their customers and the rest of the community, which will benefit the food pantries of NAM and CAM, which feed more than 1,000 area families.
Donations for this event may include any non-perishable food items and items to help make holiday baskets, such as macaroni and cheese, stuffing mix, dry mashed potato mix, canned vegetables and fruit, dry pasta and beans.
People can drop off their donations at either Pizza Zone location, 17711 Kuykendahl Road at Cypresswood or 11730 Grant Road at Lakewood Forest. Customers can also order a pizza from home, and the delivery person will collect the donations during the delivery.
Donations are being accepted until Wednesday, Nov. 30.
