Cy Creek alum comes up big in loss
Junior D.J. Harper rushed for 125 yards and two touchdowns in Boise State University's 37-35 loss to TCU in college football action on Saturday.
A 2007 alumnus of Cy Creek High School, Harper also grabbed 10 passes in the loss.
In high school, Harper was a two-sport letterman, earning three letters in football and two in track and field. He was a three-time unanimous first-team all-district pick and a two-year team captain and team MVP.
He finished his high school career with 3,900 total yards.
