Cy-Fair Kroger sued over alleged merchandise calamity
The Kroger Co. is being sued after a shopper says he was injured while shopping at its Cy-Fair location.
Andrew Garza filed a lawsuit on Nov. 16 in Harris County District Court against The Kroger Co., citing negligence.
Garza says on Nov. 22, 2009, he sustained injuries while shopping at Kroger, located at 10010 Cypresswood in Cy-Fair. The suit alleges packages fell from a stocking cart onto him while he was standing in a shopping aisle.
Garza is seeking damages and court costs. He is being represented in the case by Houston attorney James O. Blackwell, III.
