HS girls basketball: Cy Ranch defeats Elkins
Cy Ranch defeated Elkins 49-42 in girls high school basketball action on Thursday, at the Fort Bend ISD Tournament.
The win ups Cy Ranch to 5-3 on the season.
Sydney Coleman scored 18 points in the victory.
Cy Ranch will next host Dekaney on Monday at 7 p.m.
The loss drops Elkins to 1-2 on the season.
Alicia Cooper put up 12 points in the loss.
Elkins will next visit Dekaney on Tuesday at 7 p.m.
