A man was arrested by the Harris County Sheriff on charges of failure to maintain financial responsibility (no insurance), two counts of driving without a Texas operator's license, driving with expired registration and speeding to or 10 percent over the posted limit, the Harris County Sheriff's Department reported. A Houston woman was arrested and charged with sexual assault of a child 14 to 17 on Dec. 1, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The woman, 34 years old, was booked at the Harris County Jail on Dec. 1 and is facing a felony charge. She resides in Forest Cedars.
