Cy-Fair Walmart named in slip-and-fall suit
A woman is suing over claims she sustained injuries while shopping at Walmart in Cy-Fair.
Maria Del Rosario Hernandez filed a lawsuit on Dec. 19 in Harris County District Court against Walmart Stores, citing negligence.
Hernandez says on Aug. 13, she sustained injuries while shopping at Walmart, located at 13484 Northwest Freeway in Cy-Fair. According to the brief, she slipped and fell on a clear liquid left on the floor near the electronics department.
Hernandez is seeking damages and court costs. She is being represented in the case by Garland attorney Jennifer Rehfeld.
