Eastern Michigan makes offer to Cy Ridge junior tackle David Dawson
David Dawson, a Cy Ridge High School senior, has been offered a scholarship to play at Eastern Michigan next season.
The 6-foot-five, 305-pound offensive tackle moved to Houston from Detroit last summer. He has played previously for Cass Tech in Detroit.
Dawson was named first team All district 17-5A and honorable mention All-State by ESPN.
He's also paid visits to Michigan and Ohio State and has camped at Alabama.
