Cy-Fair business sues customer over communication equipment
A Cy-Fair office solutions company is suing a client over communication equipment and services.
Cy-Fair business Mitel Leasing filed a lawsuit on Dec. 22 in the Harris County District Court against Holdaway Medical Services, citing breach of contract.
Mitel says it agreed to lease Holdaway Medical Services office communications equipment, but Holdaway breached its contract by failing to make the required payments. Holdaway currently owes Mitel $35,100.50, according to the brief.
Mitel Leasing is seeking damages, attorney's fees and court costs. It is being represented in the caseĀ by Houston attorney John L. Gardner.
