HS boys basketball: Cy Ranch defeats Morton Ranch
Cy Ranch defeated Morton Ranch in the Conroe Christmas Classic Thursday.
Cy Ranch, 5-5, won the game 66-42.
Tanner Hoyt scored 22 points for Cy Ranch, who will visit Conroe Friday.
Thursday’s loss dropped Morton Ranch to 5-10.
Reshard Jackson scored 10 points for Morton Ranch, who will host Seven Lakes Tuesday.
