The win ups Cy Ridge to 7-12 overall and 2-2 in district play.
Cree Atkinson scored 13 points in the victory.
Cy Ridge will next visit Cy Ranch on Tuesday at 7 p.m.
The loss drops Cy-Fair to 8-15 overall and 1-3 in district play.
Alexis Chandler scored 16 points in the victory.
Cy-Fair will next host Cy Lakes on Friday at 7:30 p.m.
