Indoor Bootcamp to host ‘Biggest Loser Cypress Competition’

Camp Havoc Indoor Bootcamp in Cypress will host a 12-week "Biggest Loser Cypress Competition" beginning Monday, Jan. 16.

Participants will work with a personal trainer through an intense interval training program designed to cut fat, strengthen the body and develop cardiovascular health.

The participant who loses the most weight by the end of the program will receive $500 and three months free access to Camp Havoc Indoor Bootcamp.

Participants are instructed to wear cross-training shoes and clothing and to bring light dumbells, a yoga mat and 24 ounces of water.

Camp Havoc is a 17,000-square-foot training facility located at 16618 Mueschke Road in Houston.
