The win ups Cy Creek to 11-13 overall and 4-3 in district play.
Ikpeaku Iwobi scored 12 points in the victory.
Cy Creek will next host Jersey Village on Friday at 7 p.m.
The loss drops Cy-Fair to 10-16 overall and 3-4 in district play.
Alexis Chandler netted 20 points in the loss.
Cy-Fair will next visit Cy Ranch on Friday at 7 p.m.
