St. Luke’s at the Vintage offering childbirth classes

St. Luke’s Hospital at the Vintage is offering eight childbirth classes from 7-9 p.m. on Thursdays at the Cypress Creek YMCA.

The classes will prepare expecting mothers for childbirth and will cover topics including nutrition, exercises, breathing techniques and pain management.

Each session will be taught by experienced labor and delivery, postpartum, and neonatal intensive care unit nurses.

Cypress Creek YMCA is located at 19913 State Highway 249, Houston.

St. Luke’s Hospital at the Vintage is located at 20171 Chasewood Park Drive, Houston.
