Kingwood and Cy Woods HS grads Schleigh and Nash lead UT Dallas to victory
Cy Woods and Kingwood High School graduated helped UT-Dallas defeat Mississippi College on the hardwood Thursday.
Cy Woods high school grad Carter Nash scored 17 points, grabbed five rebounds and dished out five assists in the win.
Nash played at Cypress Woods from 2006 to 2010.
Kingwood high school graduate Kyle Schleigh scored 14 points, pulled down eight rebounds, tallied four thefts and fed out three assists in the victory. Schleigh played at Kingwood from 2006 to 2010, where he earned First-Team All-District honors as a senior in 2010. Schleigh was also named to the Region 3 All-Region Team. He was the team captain and co-MVP. Schleigh is an Accounting major.
