Cy-Fair overpowered Cy Ridge 27-17 in girls high school basketball action on Tuesday, in a District 17-5A match-up.
The win ups Cy-Fair to 12-16 overall and 5-4 in district play.
Amber Lane scored eight points in the victory.
Cy-Fair will next host Cy Falls on Tuesday at 7 p.m.
The loss drops Cy Ridge to 8-16 overall and 3-6 in district play.
Justis Beavers netted six points in the loss.
Cy Ridge will next visit Jersey Village on Friday at 7 p.m.
