The win ups Cy Creek to 13-13 overall and 6-3 in district play.
Ikpeaku Iwobi scored 13 points in the victory.
Cy Creek will next host Cy Lakes on Friday at 7 p.m.
The loss drops Cy Springs to 6-17 overall and 3-7 in district play.
Shelby Cross netted six points in the loss.
