The win ups Cy Ridge to 9-16 overall and 4-6 in district play.
Cree Atkinson scored 14 points in the victory.
Cy Ridge will next host Cy Lakes on Tuesday at 7 p.m.
The loss drops Jersey Village to 2-22 overall and 1-9 in district play.
Brynae Thompson netted 14 points in the loss.
