Cypress Ranch Key Club volunteers for 'Souper Bowl'
Students in the Key Club at Cypress Ranch High School have been helping Cypress Assistance Ministries prepare for its "Souper Bowl."
Students have worked to sort food that will benefit needy families in the area. They will also be volunteering to help the Souper Bowl of Caring by bagging groceries and encouraging shoppers to donate toward the cause at H-E-B off of Barker Cypress.
The club is also preparing an art event to raise awareness and money for the Northwest Assistance Ministries. Members of the club will be using canned goods to create sculptures. After the event all food will be given to the ministries.
