The following arrests were reported by local authorities between Jan. 22 and Jan. 25:

A Houston man is facing misdemeanor charges of two counts of driving without a Texas operator's license and two counts of speeding after being arrested on Jan. 22, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The man, 21, was booked Jan. 23.

A man was arrested by the Harris County Sheriff on a misdemeanor charge of assault of a family member, the Harris County Sheriff's Department reported. The 17-year-old lives in Houston.

A man was arrested by the Harris County Sheriff on charges of driving while intoxicated, driving without a Texas operator's license, failure to maintain financial responsibility (no insurance) and failure to stop at the designated point, the Harris County Sheriff's Department reported. The 30-year-old lives in Houston.

A Houston man is facing misdemeanor charges of driving with an invalid license and failure to maintain financial responsibility (no insurance) after being arrested on Jan. 22 the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The man, 22, was booked on Jan. 22.

A man was arrested by the Harris County Sheriff on a misdemeanor charge of failure to possess identification, the Harris County Sheriff's Department reported. The 39-year-old lives in Houston.

A Houston man is facing misdemeanor charges of failure to maintain financial responsibility (no insurance), driving without wearing a seat belt, driving with expired registration and failure to appear after being arrested on Jan. 22, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The man, 24, was booked on Jan. 22.

A man was arrested on a charge of driving while license is suspended on Jan. 23, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 33-year-old was booked at the Harris County Jail on Jan. 23 and is facing a misdemeanor charge.

A Houston man was arrested and charged with assault of a family or household member on Jan. 23, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The man, 59, was booked at the Harris County Jail on Jan. 23 and is facing a felony charge.

A Katy man is facing a misdemeanor charge of possession of marijuana (0 to 2 grams) after being arrested on Jan. 23, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The man, 24, was booked on Jan. 24.

A Houston man is facing a misdemeanor charge of theft between $50 and $500 after being arrested on Jan. 23, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The man, 25, was booked on Jan. 24.

A man was arrested on a charge of possession of marijuana, 2 to 4 ounces, Jan. 23, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 21-year-old was booked at the Harris County Jail Jan. 24 and is facing a misdemeanor charge. He resides in South Yorkglen.

A Houston man is facing a misdemeanor charge of theft between $50 and $500 after being arrested on Jan. 23, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The man, 28, was booked on Jan. 24.
