HS girls basketball: Cy Ranch defeats Jersey Village
Cy Ranch defeated Jersey Village 68-52 in girls high school basketball action Tuesday, Jan. 31 in a District 17-5A matchup.
The win ups Cy Ranch to 18-14 overall and 6-5 in district play.
Mela Rachel scored 16 points in the victory.
Cy Ranch will next visit Cy Ridge at 7 p.m. Friday, Feb. 3.
The loss drops the Falcons to 2-23 overall and 1-10 in district play.
Brynae Thompson netted 23 points in the loss.
Jersey Village will next visit Cy Lakesat 7 p.m. Friday, Feb. 3.
