Willowbrook Mall announces Ellen Kendall as new marketing manager

Ellen Kendall has joined Willowbrook Mall as its new marketing manager.

Kendall brings more than 15 years of experience to the position. She previously served as marketing manager for a 1.5-million-square-foot, super-regional mall in Milwaukee.

Kendall will be responsible for strategic planning efforts, including overseeing strategic marketing planning retailer communications, public relations, community relations, event planning and related marketing activities.

“We are very pleased to have Ellen joining us as marketing manager for Willowbrook Mall,” said Brenda Crawford, the mall's general manager, according to a press release. “To say that 2012 is going to be exciting is an understatement. We have new retailers, as well as a variety of events planned for our shoppers, so she is going to be very busy. We pride ourselves on being active in the community, hosting events such as NAM’s Art for the Hungry and the Salute to Law Enforcement, and Ellen will be at the forefront of our community involvement.”

Willowbrook Mall is located at FM 1960 and Texas 249 in northwest Houston.
