Arrest report for Feb. 1

The following arrests were reported by local authorities for the period of Jan. 29 through Feb. 1:

A 31-year-old black male, who lives on Lemma Drive in Houston, was arrested by the Harris County Sheriff's Office on charges of robbery with bodily injury, failure to maintain financial responsibility (no insurance), driving without a Texas operator's license and failure to stop at the designated point, according to the Harris County Sheriff's Department.

A 45-year-old white male was arrested Jan. 29 on a charge of driving while intoxicated first offense blood-alcohol concentration 0.08 percent, a misdemeanor, according to the Harris County Sheriff's Office. The man was booked at the Harris County Jail on Jan. 30. He resides in Easton Commons.

A Katy man, 23, was arrested and charged with theft under $50 (under $20) Jan. 29, according to the Harris County Sheriff's Office. The man was booked at the Harris County Jail on Jan. 30 and is facing a misdemeanor charge. He resides in Autumn Thistle.

A 19-year-old white male was arrested Jan. 29 on a charge of aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon, a felony, according to the Harris County Sheriff's Office. The man was booked at the Harris County Jail on Jan. 30. He resides in Broadelm Drive.

A 39-year-old Houston man was arrested and charged Jan. 29 with driving while intoxicated first offense blood-alcohol concentration 0.08 percent, a misdemeanor, according to the Harris County Sheriff's Office. The man was booked at the Harris County Jail on Jan. 29 and he resides on Thorn Pine Drive.

A 33-year-old Houston man was arrested and charged Jan. 30 with misdemeanor driving while intoxicated first offense blood-alcohol concentration 0.08 percent, according to the Harris County Sheriff's Office. The man resides on Clover Knoll Court. He was booked on Jan. 31.

A 25-year-old black male was arrested and charged Jan. 30 with no seat belt passenger, driving with an invalid license, failure to stop at the designated point, defective license plate light and failure to maintain financial responsibility (no insurance), according to the Harris County Sheriff's Office. The man was booked at the Harris County Jail on Jan. 30 and is facing misdemeanor charges. He resides on Glamis Lane.

A 23-year-old Houston man was arrested and charged Jan. 30 with felony possession of a weapon and possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver controlled substance penalty grade 1 (1 to 4 grams), according to the Harris County Sheriff's Office. The man resides on Grow Lane. He was booked Jan. 30.

A 50-year-old white man was arrested and charged Jan. 30 with aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon, a felony, according to the Harris County Sheriff's Office. He was booked at the Harris County Jail on Jan. 30. He resides in Timber Creek.

A 38-year-old black male was arrested and charged Jan. 31 with theft between $50 and $500, a misdemeanor, according to the Harris County Sheriff's Office. The man was booked at the Harris County Jail on Jan. 31. He resides in Lumberjack.

A 17-year-old black male was arrested and charged Jan. 31 with resisting arrest and search, according to the Harris County Sheriff's Office. He was booked at the Harris County Jail on Jan. 31 and resides on West FM 1960.

A 19-year-old Houston man was arrested and charged Jan. 31 with driving without a Texas operator's license and driving with expired registration after being arrested, according to the Harris County Sheriff's Office. The man was booked Jan. 31 and resides on West FM 1960.

A 31-year-old black male was arrested and charged Jan. 31 with sexual assault of a child, a felony, according to the Harris County Sheriff's Office. The man was booked at the Harris County Jail on Jan. 31 and resides on Sunbury Lane.

A 22-year-old black male was arrested and charged Feb. 1 with driving with an invalid license with a prior conviction or suspension without financial responsibility (insurance), failure to dim headlights, driving with an invalid license, violating a promise to appear, driving without or with an expired inspection sticker, driving with expired registration, failure to maintain financial responsibility (no insurance) and speeding, according to the Harris County Sheriff's Office. The man was booked at the Harris County Jail on Feb. 1 and is facing misdemeanor charges. He resides in Keystone Fairway.

A 31-year-old Houston man was arrested and charged Feb. 1 with three counts of issuing a bad check, all misdemeanors, according to the Harris County Sheriff's Office. The man was booked at the Harris County Jail on Feb. 1 and resides in Gessner.

A 20-year-old Houston man was arrested and charged Feb. 1 with possession of marijuana (0 to 2 grams), a misdemeanor, according to the Harris County Sheriff's Office. The man was booked at the Harris County Jail on Feb. 2 resides on Willow Place.

A 26-year-old white male was arrested and charged Feb. 1 with criminal mischief ($50 to $500) and driving while intoxicated with a blood-alcohol concentration over 0.08 percent, all misdemeanors, according to Harris County Sheriff's Office. The man was booked at the Harris County Jail on Feb. 2 and resides in Emerald Creek.

A 23-year-old Houston man was arrested and charged Feb. 1 with misdemeanor charges of speeding, speeding in a school zone and violating a promise to appear, according to the Harris County Sheriff's Office. The man was booked Feb. 2 and resides on Gaelic Lane.  

A 43-year-old Houston man was arrested and charged Feb. 1 with criminal mischief ($50 to $500) and driving while intoxicated first offense blood-alcohol concentration 0.08 percent, misdemeanors, according to the Harris County Sheriff's Office. The man was booked Feb. 2 at the Harris County Jail and he resides in C Candleshine Circle.
