Kids R Kids of Barker Cypress Discusses February Happenings

Kids R Kids Learning Academy of Barker Cypress would like to discuss its various February events. The academy was excited to begin the month as its pre-kindergarten students celebrated 100 days of school with a cake and a 100 parade on Feb. 1.

"The kids had a lot of fun. They learned and enjoyed the 100 parade with us and other kids," said Lisa Hayes of Kids R Kids of Barker Cypress. "And who wouldn't enjoy a piece of cake?"

Kids R Kids of Barker Cypress has February packed with events. On Feb. 16, the school will host a Parent Advisory Committee, or PAC, meeting that will discuss a March fundraiser that the school can get involved in. Currently, the school is researching  American Diabetes Awareness Day.

On Feb. 14, children are encouraged to wear red, pink and purple T-shirts to celebrate Valentine's Day. And on Feb. 17, Kids R Kids of Barker Cypress will be celebrating its ninth anniversary with "Crazy Sock Day."
