Precinct Four Constable blotter, Feb. 3
Precincy Four Constable law enforcement reported the following incidents Feb. 3:
DRUGS
Feb. 3: Officers arrested Christopher Rosario, 19, after allegedly finding him passed out at the wheel of a running vehicle in the 18400 block of Maple Mill Drive. The arresting officer reported finding a large amount of marijuana and several Xanax.
THEFT
Feb. 3: Officers charged a 17-year-old girl after she allegedly stole cosmetics from a store located at 26200 Northwest Freeway.
